Finished my door panels

here is a pic of my door panels with all the new goodies. I did steal the nut things from shadetrees but I bought him some of those clips to replace them..

Those are real nice!! What type of material did you use?? They look black in the photo, is that the color??

oh yea...didn't have to worry about hacking the dash for a new radio the "dope smokin ol man" beat me to it. this is what is left

It is rare that someone will cut the dash but not the doors.
The dash cut is not that bad, I think if I would have had my choice of a mild dash cut or speaker holes in the doors. I would have chosen the dash.
Those door panels turned out great, what is next?
Maybe a new keychain :- 0

Hutch next is a new bench seat.... I am tired of not getting to drive my truck when we all want to go somewhere so that is definitly next . the hubby is driving it more than I am and I DON"T like that idea at allllll.

im wanting a newer model seat.thanks on the bezel will keep it in mind.....

the dash is not that bad but you need to see where some idiot wanted more light and didnt have a saw.took a drill and kept drilling holes together to make about a 2in square hole in between the visors to put another dome light... thats right i have 2 dome lights and neither of them work because the idiot didnt know what he was doing.......

If you are looking for a newer model seat, I used the 40/20/40 bench seat out of a 96 dodge ram. It will need a bit of tweaking on the mounts to make it the right height cause it sites pretty high at the momment, but I paid 250$ for it about 5 years ago. By now there should be alot more of those seats on the marlet.

Nice to have that huge console/armrest in the middle that we can both use but then lift it up and have a 3rd person in it.

Thanks everyone.....walked another 100 miles in the junkyards today but did find a seat....nothing fancy but a bench out of a early 90's model chevy with the headrest...needs covering but I am going to throw on a cheap cover for a few weeks until I can blackmail the brother in law to cover in black and purple.

Cpne I like that sunroof idea!!!!:p
