1970 CST 10 Front shock install
I am replacing the front shocks on my 1970 CST 10. of course the everything came of easily, But I cant get the bolt that attaches the shock to the control arm to engage the nut. the control arm has a recess for the nut but I have'nt had any luck getting it started on the bolt. any advice would be appreciated

Re: 1970 CST 10 Front shock install
No, but I did discover the problem. I had to open the bracket on the control arm to allow the slightly larger Clevis on the new shock to fit. This prevented the nut from aligning with the bolt. So little room at that point. It was frustrating but I figured it out. Thanks for the reply
