Re: Moser Diff cover
I'm using that diff cover and the cpp bent bar. I have a small C notch & bags in the stock spring location. I had to grind about a 1/2" off the corner of the cover to clear the bar. I'll post up a pic later today. There's enough meat in the casting to not affect it any.

Re: Moser Diff cover
I ground it back to clear by about a 1/4". You can see the knick in the powder coat where I didn't realized it was hitting at first.

Re: Moser Diff cover
I have that diff cover with nolimit's trac bar. It clears, just. 4" drop on the rear.
I may follow suspects lead and adjust the cover for insurance. |

Re: Moser Diff cover
In that pic, its aired up higher than I will probably ever have it at. I just didnt ever want to guess if I was going to hit.
With springs, being set at a limited height travel, it should be fine.

Re: Moser Diff cover
I haven't taken that into account. I have a static 6in drop in the rear. I'll be shaving quite a bit off the diff cover then?

Re: Moser Diff cover
With a 6" drop, the bar will probably always be under the cover. You may have to grind a little of the corner off, but not as much as i did. If you want, I can take pics of where the bar is at different heights?
