72 parchment trim yellow 525 paint

I guess paint code really didn't matter as to what interior colors you got back then as I have seen some dandy combinations

Anyway mine says it had parchment trim. I have found that my door panels were parchment originally and painted over and arm rest covered in black vinyl

Question is I don't think this was a highlander so what color would my seat have been and what would it have looked like?

Also what color dash pad black? And floors black carpet or maybe just rubber? If it matters it is a 4x4

Re: 72 parchment trim yellow 525 paint

So,you have a '72? Which trim level? If w/tilt your dash pad and steering wheel/column will be black. If not, they will be Sandalwood. ll other interior trim will be Parchment(seat, visors, seat belts, headliner (if Cheyenne).

If Custom or Cheyenne the seat would be all vinyl and if custom Deluxe it would have fabric (polyester) inserts in a lace pattern. The Cheyenne would be pleated inserts with scroll borders that match door panels.

Min is just a custom 10 not tilt no frills.

Interesting that some were sandalwood and some black guess I'll have to make that call which way I go at some point.
