OT Can you identify these?
I got these hub caps in a sale a while ago thinking that they would fit my 63, but they don't. Anyone know what they went to?

My Dad's '37 Chevy Coupe came with a very similar cap originally. They were for 16 inch wheels.

Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can find some pics of models during those years. I have four of them and I've always wondered what they were for.

The center of the rim was shaped much different on the 40's car/truck rims. That would look pretty cool on your truck with a red steel rim, and a chrome trim ring.

They are just like the ones that came on my 48, in 48 most cars came with 16" unless you special ordered with 15" like mine had or so I've been told.

I think you are right, they would look pretty cool, but they don't fit on the existing rim. Now you got me thinking I could look for a rim that might work. Hmmm.
