Talking The Big Move

Well, It finally happened...my relocation was finally approved and I am now in San Diego.
I bought a '12 Ram Dually to pull a new RV toyhauler that was ordered earlier in the year and that order fell though the cracks.

Instead, I got to pull my '69 C10 out of Maryland and put it at my home in Arizona. I know my '69 is happy now.

I am now working in San Diego and I am almost free of the DC/MD chains (still have to sell the house back east).

I have been off line for awhile but am looking forward to meeting some truck enthusiests down here in southern CA.

I will post a couple of pics of my departure of MD when I can get them off my phone.

Gee if I'd known you were coming I've had you bring Richard's Cheyenne Super C30 to me..... Kidding. AZ sounds like a good place to land for a lot of reasons.

Gee,I never met you when you were 45 minutes away here in MD. I know there's more action among members in SoCal,so I hope you make many new friends there.

That sounds like a great move, out of the cold and into the sunshine.

Re: The Big Move

Welcome to San Diego, it's not usually this miserable or this on fire. Where in S.D. are you? Yes look at the California section to find out what's happening and when. Come on up to Escondido on any given Fri. evening for Cruisin" Grand, we always have a decent number of C/10's in attendence. Good luck in S.D., it is a little spendy to live here but the weather and truck scene make it bearable.
