what do you guys think
Is this going to be an issue? I had everything sand blasted but they forgot this.. the cross member is sectioned 2".. I wanna make sure everything is legit before I put the power to it. Should I have him go over it again and pinch the two back together and weld it?

A big C clamp will squeeze it back together then stitch up the edges with the welder.

Otherwise you just made the HARDEST place to ever fix later after that accumulates road grime, moisture, and rusts later.
