knock sensor question

so i ran my codes today just for giggles and what not, i knew i had a issues with o2 sensors (they where on the manifolds i got from the boneyard and changed them out today) but i got a code for a knock sensor, what does it do? is it important to change out? and i also i got a low temp sensor code whats this from?

P0128....Change thermostat, Use the correct temp AC Delco thermostat.
P0135, P0155....Bank 1&2 O2 heater circuits, Did new O2's fix this?

P0332, P0327...
1. Disconnect the two pin connector on top of the intake, it has a Light Blue wire & a Dark Blue wire.
2. Ohm each wire to ground. Should have resistance between 93K-107K ohms for each wire.
3. If not in specification, remove the intake manifold and check the connections and wiring to the Knock Sensors (KS).
4. Check for water down in the holes where the KS's are.

Knock sensors play a major role in controlling ignition timing.

as far as 0135, and 0155 the codes havnt come back on yet...its only ran for ten minutes or so since the change
so the ks's are under the intake?

Yes, Under the intake., Is the KS jumper harness plugged to the engine function harness?

i reset the codes and unhooked the battery, and after changing the o2's the only two codes are 0128 and 0332

128 is the coolant operating temp code. Either the coolant temp sensor is wacked/miswired, or its possible that your tstat is stuck open.

you can also just whack it with a stick or use a pencil torch to try and heat it up. They can get stuck if they sat with that dexcool in them if it got gooey.

well with changing my water pump and dry driving weather i dont have any knock sensor codes...after the water pump change all the codes went away...kinda stoked...must have had some condensation in there
