No idea, guess not many survived. I don't care for the grill or the single headlight myself but I'm sure someone thought it looked cool. Price seems a bit high as well.

Re: TF Fleet option on Craig's List

Not a bad lookin truck. Seems pretty solid, uncut dash, minimum rust, runs and drives, 350 V8.... Don't know much about the lights and grille, are they stock?

Re: TF Fleet option on Craig's List

The single light instead of dual headlights and the funky grill are what makes it a "fleet" option. Not sure what else was part of that deal.

I gave extra for the tach, the too cool wheel, paint stick turn signal lever, the short shift Hurst shifter and the ability to reach through and adjust the timing on the fly

Re: TF Fleet option on Craig's List

Fleet option = sold dirt cheap to fleets that bought bunches of them back then, just as the plain white no extra option trucks lined up in a row at some dealers are now.

As Dave pointed out with the photo the changes done over the years pretty well knock any restorer value down now as all of that has to be changed back to just rolled off the lot stock to make it anything special.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
