wtb. 2wd spindles, 6 lug rotors and calipers.
Looking to start a new project. I am on a super slim budget so hopefully I can find these parts local (south side of Chicago). I am getting a new frame and it is missing the spindles and rotors and calipers. I also need the square u-bolts for the rear axle ( it is a leaf spring axle). I am going to go six lug since I already have a six lug axle. I am also looking for a set of front springs for a C10 with a 396. Thanks.

Are you wanting stock ride height stuff? If so I have new spindles and new big block coils I'm not using.

Jason, I am looking for stock height stuff, so your spindles and springs should be fine. I don't know if shipping would kill the deal though. Let me know how much you think. My zip is 46373. Thanks.

Sorry but I am definitely looking for disc brake stuff. I did not know that we did not have 6 lug rotors on our trucks ( I am typically 4wd guy) . I guess that means I am in the market for a nice set of 5 lug rims!

Re: wtb. 2wd spindles, 6 lug rotors and calipers.
My recollection is 2wd was 6 lug for up to and through 1970. In 1971 the 2wd went to 5 lug 5 inch pattern. Previous to then the 4wd and 2wd shared the 6 lug. After that time the 1/2 ton 4wd continued to have the 6 lug.
I remember at one time Dave Clark at Early Classic Enterprises had rotors made or a conversion for those who wanted a 2wd drum brake truck converted to discs. So I do have the 69/70 spindles etc, but no rotors and calipers for them. I do have a CO truck with 5 lug, and calipers and spindles and rotors. Don't know if that can help you at all, but for your info. LILREDGMC I would think you might want new calipers if you were building a truck to prevent issues with an aged caliper? |

I would be interested in any 1/2 ton spindles for a fair price. Any pictures and how much?
