anyone ells have this rust issue
i have owned probably 15 of these trucks and this is a first for me. i understand why it happened i have just never seen it and the rest of the door is really solid.i sanded the whole door and sandblasted inside,along the bottom. these are the only holes in the door. once again dang you mother nature !

well nothing about me is normal so i guess nether are my trucks . im not really worried if any thing its a good candidate to be come a shaved door. probably will just inject por15 with a syringe.
what would you guys do?

Personally I'd fix it with JB Kwik. I've never seen rust in that area before that I can remember.

I bet it was slightly damaged from the factory and just progressively got umm....worse?

Guy had big knuckles and wore it out. Drill out and tack weld, grind down.

Come to the Midwest we will show you odd places for rust. I have a couple of parts truck that have rust holes in that area. On the other hand I have a Suburban from Texas that has rust in really odd places.

Drill those puppys out and then weld up the holes...good as new!!!!!

one of my doors had the same pin holes. body also had some pin holes. Had reg. rust as well.
