That is called a panel truck and the side window was added by someone after the truck left the factory. Sedan deliveries were stationwagon cars that instead of having side windows and rear seats had flat metal sides and I believe awood floor like the panel trucks had.

Yeah,terminology gets twisted up over time and people learn wrong. A Sedan Delivery is car based and a Panel is truck based. Actually,it 'is' a truck. It was easy back then because we always called them Panel Trucks. I don't recall ever referring to them as just 'Panels'. Actually,the same was true with Pickup Trucks. Another key here is the word 'sedan' in Sedan Delivery,that's a car...made to do light delivery.
