quick question, maybe someone can answer.
Me and a buddy were looking at the "identifying plate" (brain fart cant remeber correct name) and we were compairing his 69 to my 72.
His started with CS1 (69 stepper) And mine has CCS1 (72 FLeet) I know there is nothing special about it, just wondering the difference

In 1972 Chevy and GMC VIN's were the same Format, for the first time. So a digit was added to the front of the VIN to denote GMC or Chevy. C= Chevy T= GMC.
