1995 fuel pump

My 95 fuel pump just went out it lasted one year. What is the best brand of pump to buy. If I have access to a lift should I take the truck there or lift the bed at my house.

Re: 1995 fuel pump

I always put AC Delco stuff back in my 88-98 trucks.
I used a pump from OReillys once & had it go out quickly.

And I always just unbolt the bed & move it back far enough to access the pump and support the rear with saw horses or something.

Re: 1995 fuel pump

Nope. One ground at the rear of the drivers side frame. Unplug the tail light wiring. 3 7 mm screws at the filler neck. And 8 18 mm bed bolts. I just did one on a 94 yesterday.
