1964 GMC- Transmission/Rear End

Hello fellas im new to the forum and need some advise... I purchased a 1964 GMC Fleetside earlier this year. Its been my desire to have for a long time. Theres a few things that I like to modify on the truck. Here is the list:

Current engine is 230 Inline 6 (3 Speed Manual). I like to keep the original engine.

1. Currently its a 3 speed Manual (on the tree)- would like to covert to automatic tranmission. Can I replace my current transmission to 350TH? and column change?

2. would like to change my front suspension and rear end suspension? Front end I hear, I can go with early 80's chevy? drums to discs and 5 lug?

Rear end- 10 bolt or 12 bolt?

Any advise would help. Thanks.
