New Rear Bumper Questions
I currently have a huge work truck style bumper on the rear of my 85 Silverado. I have seen people refer to a "sport" bumper and a suburban bumper.
Are there any differences between the two? And has anyone ordered and installed the bumpers from LMC? If so, are they good quality bumpers. Do I also need to get the braces from a suburban? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: New Rear Bumper Questions
Sport bumpers are the same for truck, blazer and suburban. What is different is the brackets. Order the brackets for a truck if that's what the bumper is to be installed on. I pulled my sport bumper from a blazer but am only using the outer bracket until I can find the truck inner ones.

Re: New Rear Bumper Questions
That is correct. All truck, suburban and blazer have same bumper and the outer brackets are all same. I just removed a step bumper and installed the "face bar bumper" on rear of my 85'. I scored a nice rear suburban bumper on craigslist with outer brackets and nice license plate box for $60. I then ordered the inner brackets only from LMC for $64 plus shipping.
