Engine swap in a 95, questions

I'm planning on putting a 350 in my 95. I've been told I'll have to find a 95 donor. I know in 96 and up vortec is used, so staying throttle body I don't want that. But I've been told 94 and older apparently has a different wiring harness due to airbags. Anyone know if that's true? Also it currently has a 4.3 V6, so what else needs to be changed as far as computer, wiring harness, etc?

Re: Engine swap in a 95, questions

if im not mistaken you just need to swap the engine to 350 and have the ecm tuned for it. someone else will chime in for sure but idk why you would need to swap out all the wiring to go from tbi to tbi. the 94 and older is a prob different but i dont think you would need to change it.
