Task Force Deluxe Trim - Joint Clips?
I know there has been a lot of discussion on the deluxe trim kits for task force trucks in the past, but I couldn't find an answer for one of my questions.
I bought a new deluxe trim kit, but the kit did not come with the joint clips to connect the back window moldings. I have been unable to locate a joint clip specifically for this trim kit, but have found a joint clip for the windshield trim. Will it work? Here is a link to the part: http://www.classicparts.com/1955-59-.../#.VK6g9XuvNyE Is anyone not running a joint clip, just butting the two pieces together? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Task Force Deluxe Trim - Joint Clips?
I have a set of that cab trim that I haven't installed yet. I checked it and on mine one of the pieces is expanded on the end so that the other piece slides into it about 3/4th of an inch where they meet. No joint clip is needed.

Re: Task Force Deluxe Trim - Joint Clips?
Ok, I may have overlooked that. I thought my old set utilized a joint clip. I may be wrong. Thanks for the heads-up, I'll double-check it tonight.
