Wheel spacers?
I need to get 1/4 inch wheel spacers for the front wheels to clear wilwood brake calipers. I was wondering if I do that would I need to buy new lug nuts that have a shank on them or be able use the ones I have? I have Camaro Rally wheels on my truck.. Also if I do need lugs with a shank on them do I need to drill the holes out bigger? Hopefully some one has ran into this problem.. Thanks -Mike

if the current camaro rally wheels do not need a shank style lug, you're probably ok with re-using them, provided you can still get at least 5 turns on the lugs after you add the spacers. Plus, if you get a good hub-centric spacer, there will be no room for the extra shank in the wheel stud holes

I had the same problem with 5/16 spacers. Nearly. With the spacer on, the center hub ring does not seat leaving the wheel to be held in place by the lug nuts only. I was uncomfortable with this and took the spacers off. Perhaps I was being over cautious.
