turn signal

the front right turn signal flashes fast when the turn signal is not even on and when the key is in the off position and it wont turn off. I have to disconnect the battery. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. thanks

maybe the switch is stuck on or a wire is shorted. also make sure the bulb is in right

well what i fiqured out so far is when i pull out the hazard flasher fuse it stopped and the turn signals work properly, not sure why it started doing that all of a sudden but i am glad it is not the turn signal switch.
