After 43 years who knows what's under the hood. But I once bought a 350 and 5-lug disc brake changeover out of a '72 C10 that was a 4-bolt.
When I tore it down and had the block magnafluxed, it had a crack in the saddle and was useless. And in the late 90's I ended up just about giving the brakes away, but that is another story.
