I had front end alignment done, and guy said my centerlink is to long?
I rebuilt front end with all stock parts 1965 c10,rebuilt steering box ,new idler arm,alignment says camber+1/8*L/+3/16*R caster+2 3/16*L / 2 1/2*R
toe 3/16"{ centerlink appears to long} I know centerlink is orginal to truck as I took everything apart and it all looked orginal.any coments are welcome as I know very little about frontend work,thanks

those numbers sound good to me. sounds kinda fishy. maybe if the steering arm was different then original it might look like something was wrong. did ya put power steering on it.

I think your alignment guys also knows little about alignment. What you have is not to bad. Not sure why he thinks the center link is to long.

Its not power steering, thats next, he did say he disconnected centerlink and set toe from gearbox centerline ?

Ive heard of centerlink being put on backwards. I agree those are good numbers but if the the steering is not centered with the gear it will not drive right. Do the wheels turn the same amount left to right?

wheels turn same He said I didnt have them centered so he Disconected centerlink and centered box,I thought I had centered the box but may have been off,tie rod nuts are to the front if that makes a differance?

tie rod nuts are to the front, that's correct
