The good - New old stock rocker panels with GM stickers. The bad - they have been wet and are pitted. One is not real bad, but the other has a few scaly spots. I got pictures of the worst spots. $150 + 20 shipping.

This isn't an auction. When you offer less you take the chance of losing the part. If you really need the part in the future, I would suggest paying the sellers asking price.

Like I said, next time pay the asking price and this won't happen. You turned it into an auction when you started making offers. You stand the risk of losing the part when doing so. In the end it is the sellers choice, and neither the seller nor the buyer did anything wrong. The part is sold and it's time to move on.
