Sheet metal.

Looking to put a 4 speed and transfer case out of a 78 k-20 into my 72. Anyone know where I can find a high hump for the 72? If it need cut to fit the transfer case shifter. I can do that but I need the high hump at least. Also anyone know where I can find inner fender wells? NOS stuff could work as long as it's not junk

Re: Sheet metal.

Look in the parts section, there is always a high hump or two there and E-bay has them too, i have bought two or three off there. You ask about NOS that means new parts from the factory or parts room. They are gonna be hard to find and expensive when you do. just get some aftermarket fenders they fit pretty good. Jim

Yeah the NOS stuff is expensive, the bigger the truck, the more expensive the part. Ive been looking for aftermarket fender wells, with no luck. There's a guy on CL that has fiberglass ones, but if I can find steel I'd prefer them

Re: Sheet metal.

Go to Top Banana and look through the menu and go to your truck. Also TABCO has them listed for $78 bucks per side. The top Banana stuff is tri- plus /key parts and everything I have got from them is good fitting stuff. i own a body shop so I have tried stuff from all over. Jim
