I have a 65 project and I'm instalotherling a small block with a 700r4. My question is...Do I have to modify the transmission tunnel in order for it to fit? Also, what is the lowest stance I can go with without having to do a "C" notch?

Re: 1965 c-10

The only problem area with the 700R4 I have come across is the lip that joins the floor with the firewall. Just need to hammer it up about a 1/4". Not a lot.

I think the lowest you can go in the rear is 6" without cutting. I have a 3/4 drop and I have seen 6's but with tall tires.
