paging the powder coater in illinois ,, or any powder coater on the board

hey guys ive got a question for the powder coatinf guys , i have got what i have been told is an old style grant steering wheel from the late 60's i think , it is the white one with 3 center spokes , it has gotten rusty in the center , it condensed moisture out in the gaage this winter, what i was wondering is would it be possible to powder coat just the center metal part without melting the outside wheel itself , i would like to do it in a hugger orange color or one close to that , but if i cant have orange i would go with th grey aluminum color , but would prefer oorange , if someone here can do this please let me know how much and i will ship it to you ,, thanks in advance , i will try to find a pic of it but i dont know if i have one,, maybe this one will show it

To cure powder coat you have to bake it at 400 degrees or cure it with an infared lamp. I do some of my stuff and I don't think the wheel would make it.
