Looks to me that its code 510. depending on year, either Medium blue or Hawaiian blue.

I hate to say this but from the pics I see that is more of an aftermarket color I remember Earl Scheib had a similar color as did rustoleum but I do not recall the name that does NOT look like the pics I gathered of either Hawaiian or Medium Blue

Medium Blue code 510 from some of the charts I found on the net. Google 1973 Chevrolet truck paint codes and you will see lots of colors. I also agree that it looks darker than Hawaiian Blue but it's hard sometimes looking at a pic.
