Need help dash is cut but I want a factory look

I tried posting this on the general page and didn't really get many replies so I thought I'd post it here. I have a 70 c20 pretty much all stock. The original owner cut the dash and put in a CD player and I hate it it does not fit the truck. I want to go with an original style of retro sound stereo but I do not have a welder to install a patch panel. My question is, I've seen pictures of peoes radios with a face plate bezel but I can't find one for sale, where can I find one?

Get a radio install kit for a 1978-1984 Malibu / el camino. It will have the din style radio opening and will have the shaft style insert too.
