Color code for my am/fm/cassette - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I looked at Acex Diagrams but the colors seem to be off than what I have on my radio for my 84 truck. My colors are:

top plug= (Black) Solid black, solid red, orange with white stripe, solid blue

second plug= (White) Solid gray, gray with black stripe, solid white, white with black stripe

third plug= (Blue) Solid green, Green with black stripe, solid purple, purple with black strip

If someone could tell me where these wires go to it would greatly appreciated.

The radio is an am/fm stereo with cassette player. The radio now in truck is just am/fm stereo but does not always work so wanted to install this one and I put all new wires on rear and I put in a new cassette belt.

I am not sure if this applies specifically to your truck, but generally, here are the aftermarket color codes:

later years have the running lights connected to the radio,for night time dimming #14
