Need some EXPERT Advice
My question is this. I am currently working on a 69' Chevy and have swapped out the rearend with a 72' donor I have. I was planning on swapping out the front crossmemeber on the 72', but have decided it would be easier to go ahead and drop the front by ordering new spidles. My question is this, do I order the 69' drop spindles, and if I do will the rotors and calipers from my 72' work on the 69' spindles? I know that the ball joints from the 69' and 72' are different so I wanna make sure I get the right spidle, and I also wanna make sure that I can salvage the rotors and calipers from my 72'. I hope I have included enough information. I am planning on ordering my drop spidles from justspidles.com, has anyone done buisness with these guys? Thanks

You might want to look elsewhere for spindles (or any other suspension parts). I highly recommend Early Classic Enterprises. AIM has a very bad reputation. I've bought some air ride stuff from them with no problems, but their customer service is almost non-existent. Also, the prices are cheap, but they inflate the shipping costs to make up the difference.

Say no to AIM!
Use Early Classics spindles. Buy the 69 model spindles to fit your ball joints and put the 72 brake parts onto them. That's exactly what I did on my 70. The 72 brake parts go right on. The Early Classic tech guys can answer any questions you may have. Say no to AIM!

stay away from AIM just like everyone said. they have cheap prices, excessive amounts of shipping and handling. and the parts are low quality.

I have no experience with AIM,
But I will say that ECE is top notch service and quality, they gave me a discount on the kit and even split the shipping with me...I'm chomping at the bit to get this stuff finished.  4/6 drop going in a 70 with 72 donor parts.
