Without intending to sound like an ass or come off as a jerk, a stocker will be best.

Also what series is it? Advanced Design or Task Force. AD is the first pic, TF is the second.

Lots of these trucks have front frame clips from cars and there is nothing wrong as long as it's done right.
Mine has a 67 Chevelle clip and tons have Camaro clips.. Post pics so we can see what you have. Kim |

Re: 3100 cheve stepside pkup
post up some pics of what you have there and maybe somebody will know what it came from. is the body off? has anyone done a check to see if the frame is square and straight and the "new" front end is installed properly? lots of these trucks have had a new "clip" welded in. a string of pics would tell a thousand stories and answer a bunch of questions. front steer or rear steer? disc brakes or drum? if you are planning on spending money on a new frame would it be an original frame then you modify for what you want, or a custom built frame? check out the Canadian hotrods site for ideas and pricing. they build an awesome product with all corvette stuff, fully assembled and comes ready for your sheet metal. I have seen their frames up close before powder coating-nice.
