Best Ridng Shocks
What shock have you used that made a noticable ride improvement? Some shocks are expensive so I would like to know if they are worth the money before I buy.

Re: Best Ridng Shocks
What kind of truck? 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton, 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive?
I've got Ranchos on my 2 Suburbans. The 2 wheel drive 1/2 ton rides like a Cadillac and the 3/4 ton 4x4 rides very rough due to being oversprung. Tires also play a big part in the ride. Thin sidewall tires ride smoother than heavy duty sidewall tires. Posted via Mobile Device |

A Cadillac ride would be awesome. The suburbans weight and wheel base probably help the ride compared to a SWB. Thanks for the input on the Ranchos.

If you want to have a softer ride, remove some of the leaves from the rear leaf packs. You can install rear air bags if you need carrying capacity.
