The 69 hood was more verticle up front too, that is definately a 67 grill with a 68 hood.
Canada20, the original dually trucks had no bed at all...GM never installed one from the assembly line in the 67 - 72 years. |

Got the the new frame fully stripped and ready to go over the weekend, only one problem. The new frame's wheelbase is 8" longer than the original. Probably going to add some length to the box (Longhorn) rather than cutting the frame or lengthening the cab. I will post some pictures of the "mock up" of the '68 sheetmetal on the frame, I can hardly wait. This whole project has been so much fun.
