Tweeeeed ?
Any body ever worked with tweed on the door skins or dash board?
Is it just glued and trimmed? How about cornering? Looks great but wouldn't want to pay someone to do it! Cheers

I picked mine up at local fabric wharehouse for $6.50 a linear foot, it is 6' wide. The high density foam that goes under it is more expensive. It was $8.50 a foot.
My interior will be all black tweed and leapoard print, The seat is done and some small panels. Pretty easy to work with just some good 3M glue and patience.

It will be fully polished. I have a new set of white face MOON EYE gauges. Then cut a whole for the cd player and that is about it. No glove box

Here is a link to a source for upholstery supplies. Just thought I would post it in case anyone could use it.

I used their tweed. Got it from an Upholstery/Convert top shop here locally.
