It came off my 69 somewhere but I don't remember where?

Sure it came off of the 69? I don't think I've ever seen that. Rear hitch bracket?

I don't recognize it either, afaik it isn't a factory c10-20 part, although I haven't torn into a c30-50 or any K series truck so if that's what you have then I wouldn't know.

Where you at in Michigan, I live in Kalamazoo, but I'm in South Carolina currently with my wife. Her mom just passed away recently and we came down for the services.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
