1966 C10 / 3 or 7 inch tunnel loop carpet

Hello,
i would like to buy a new carpet for my 1966 Chevy C10 with the 3 Speed three on the tree transmission and the 283 V8. How can i find out, which Carpet size i need. There are two options i think. The 3 Inch loop or the 7 inch (hi). I have some pics. Could you help ?

Thank you verry much.

Greets
