It did handle and corner much better. But the ride was stiff to say the least.

does anyone know how to remove the tie rod from the spindle?
im having a hard time taking it off.. I removed castle nut already. and im banging the bolt with a rubber hammer and im also banging the tie rod up but its not moving. any help thanks.

and also does the tie rod go in the same way after I put new drop spindle on?
(wich is thru the top, the tie rod sitting on the spindle.)

No I never installed the 1" blocks. Didn't keep it long enough. I did not have any clearance issues. I did not c notch it. Never had any bottoming issues. If you did ever haul a heavy load you would probably need to c notch.
It is a good kit. But the ride is very stiff. I assume to keep it from bottoming.
