Rear rollpan need info.
OK. I just Bought a rear rollpan from my chevy vendor and needed to know what the best way to install this beast can it be rived, screwed or need to tack weld this in?

I actually used screws on the top under the tailgate. I made some small brackets on the bottom to hold it to the lower bedsides. I like the gaps seen verses the welded look. Just a personal preference.

You can do it any of the ways you listed. It just depends on how you want it to look and what tools/skills you have available to you. I chose to weld mine in.

Screwes in the top and weld the sides...

All these truck look sweet man ..
but chiefcfd I would also like the gap look for the truck im building .was wondering if u had under shot of the lower brackets? thanks alot for your guy's input.

I don't have any pics of the bracket right now. They are made out of 3/4 flat aluminum stock. I put a slight bend in them to clear the fold on the sheet metal then drilled a hole in each piece. I used washers to get the alignment even. I can get some pic tomorrow if you need them.
