It is dirty, needs to be cleaned, but no major scratches, has the light scuff here and there. I will PM you.

Pics of coating. Has light scuffs. If you are putting this on a show truck that will only be hauled on a trailer, you might pass, but for a truck that will be driven some this should work fine, but that's up to you.
