My friend needs some help with SPID decoding

My buddy bought his truck in '94 while we were in High School, it's a '70 C10 from down south---Texas, he say's it was built in St. Louis I think. The original paint was in pretty good shape, he had the top repainted because it was warn and getting surface rust.

He's been slowly trying to get everything back to stock, picking up small things here and there over the 20 years he's had it.

His current thing to sort out is the carpeting. He's trying to figure out if the truck came with carpeting( and the correct color), or a black rubber mat like what is in there now.

Can anybody on here decode or point me in the right direction to help him figure out what all the codes mean? He has some books and such but it seems the codes don't exactly explain what the option was?

I swear sometimes I love that truck just as much as he does, it's just classic and the color combo is great.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

According to GM Heritage Center documents for 1971 it would have had a vinyl floor mat with the Custom Deluxe option, not carpeting. Maybe someone who has the document for 1970 could look it up for you.
