Question regarding CPP Grandslam Kits 60-66

Looking at going at one of their 5/7 Grandslam Kits for my 64 c10. I plan on keeping the 6 lug pattern, but going with the 12' disk brakes the kit comes with.

My question is, I want to keep my original steel 6 lug wheels, will the brakes work with these steel wheels? Their site says it may or may not work.....any answers from guys with this setup or experience with this?

From your avatar it looks like you are running the stock 15" 6 lugs wheels. If so, then no, those wheels will not work with a disc brake upgrade. The caliper hits the rim.
