Grill question

I love the front grill/headlights of say a 77-79.

Will this swap work on a '85 without a lot of surgery?

Front clip, meaning both fenders, inner fenders, hood, core support and all trim on the front. Also, this is an easier swap as the hood bolts to the fenders instead of the cab.
