GMC Rear Suspension ? Trailing Arms ?

Just interested, do a lot of you GMC owners have trailing arms ? Both of the ones I have had where both leafs. I know leafs where standard on GMC but did anyone option trailing arms ? Also if you remove the factory overload leafs will you notice any drop at all ? Thanks guy's !

The 66 gmc I had was coil and my now 69 is coil too. They seem to be half cool and half leaf around here Same as wood to steel floor.
