Rear end question

I purchased a 70 rear end to put in my 67 C20 that I am converting to 1/2 ton. I was told it was a 70 12 bolt. I want to make sure before I order the 5 on 5 axle conversion. Can anyone help me ID this thing?

Re: Rear end question

TDE checks out as a 1970 3.07:1 diff. During the 70 yr. model they switched to the the longer 71-72 axles. Make sure which diff housing you have before ordering your axles. Sorry I don't have the length measurements.
Here's a post that will help
