I have one in the front now. I have Firestone bags in back and Rancho 9000's on all four corners and a steering stabilizer to boot. The front end is rebuilt. The rear is a leaf-spring Dana. I haul around a 3000# camper easily. Would a rear sway bar be beneficial?
Does any of your trucks have them?

It's a good thing to reduce body roll and corner flatter in my opinion. Especially when taking high speed turns on decreasing radius turns.

I installed a rear 3d gen camaro bar on my 70. Man what a difference! Truck was much more stable and even seemed to track straighter. Took alot of wobble out of it. I had to remove the bar when i installed helper air bags, and i still miss it. Think I can narrow it a bit and get it to fit again though.

methinks a rear swaybar definitley gives better performance with rear coil springs..... Not as necessary for rear leaf springs imo....Jim

I've run both for years on just about everything I drive.....like the handling.

With a camper on the back I would highly recomend it, I put one on my shortbed and overall didn't notice anything much different, but with the added weght and hight from that camper. deffinately, I would also recomend a heavy duty one at that. JMO

Will I have any fitment problems with airbags?

I should think not but you may want to find out first from whom ever you purchase from about how your setup is just to verify everything first.
