California "Exempt" plate on an originally State-owned vehicle. Exempt from taxes, so they did not have to be renewed each year.

still has the dealer frame with it. I have this truck advertised for sale but I think I will keep it after seeing how much people are trying to sell theirs for.

I just bought this one for my 65 that im building .
in north Carolina I can run this tag on the back of the truck . you just need to have a up to date tag registered to the truck , in the cab with you . witch color do you like better the satin green or the satin red ? it going to be satin colored and sanded through to make it weathered looking with used chrome bumpers and all the aluminum custom cab side trim when I get done. old Cali plate still resides on the front of my 62 since I hung the front bumper but I wouldn't mind a 62 GA plate either...
