sway bar

i installed a front sway bar kit from brothers and noticed it will not work,the spindles were the tie rod bolts to hits the end links.can i use the factory style? my truck is dropped 4 inches,i called and e-mailed Brothers 3 times and they are no help.thanks 72 c10 2wd

Factory sway bars work fine on static lowered trucks. Here is a quick pic of my current truck lowered 5" in the front. Clears by a mile.



Notice that I did use the mount brackets for lowered trucks to tuck it up a little higher. No big deal, they are between 20 and 25 dollars from Early Classic or CPP.

Used factory sway bar (repainted), some new bushings, and the mount brackets were about 50 bucks total all-in for the project.
