Need Help 1971 C20 Pick Up

I am installing new upper and lower front control arms and shafts I need the torque specs for the a-arm bushings. Thanks

It shows two different lower control arm specs one 190 new and replace 115 and the second says 280 new and 130 replace which do I go with and it doesn't have torque spec for upper.

I just looked at the manual. I'm guessing there was a misprint and instead of saying upper and lower, printed lower twice.

Here are specs from page 643 of the 1970 (not 71) c20 s

Upper- new-190. Replacement-115

Lower- new-280. Replace- 135.
