Front bed panels - easy to install?

I am looking at the possibility of replacing my front bed panel with a reproduction piece. Took a look at mine and it seems like bolts only hold it on (no welding anywhere) - is that assumption right? Is there any source in particular I should look to? I have only looked so far at pricing from LMC.

I bought mine from LMC and it was very easy to install but I did have the bed off the truck. There are no welds on the front panel

If both bedsides are still on it is a booger. we had to take all the bedside bolts out to the wheel humps the push the sides apart with a porta power. Now if one side is off it is a breeze comparably.Jim

Thanks, guys - my box is totally off and separate. My bedsides are are attached, but the floor, all cross sills and wheel housings are removed.

if your not bolted to a floor your gonna have no problems what so ever

Excellent! Thanks for the responses. Now to find one - hopefully locally. Here is how I sit now, so it should be easy. I also have wheel housings to paint too.
