Front suspension upgrades for better ride and handling

So lately I been driving my truck alot more and have noticed that the ride is a little rough I'm wondering what can be done to make this better Im runing transit wheels with rubber band tires on them 245/30R22 that might be my fist issue but as fast as shocks what do ppl recommend?
Also is a front sway bar an option on bagged trucks? Would it help? What other parts can I upgrade ?

What psi do you run at ride height and which air bags do you run?Are you running factory shocks with relocation kits or are they shorter drop shocks?What brand are the shocks?A front sway bar will help in handling and cornering but every day bumps in the road they can a tiny bit.

I'm using air lift bags not sure what psi I'm running at ride height since I'm not runing gauges maybe that's the fist thing to do?
Also shocks are stock shocks with relocating brackets .

With a air spring the more psi you run the stronger the spring rate becomes.Are you running a self leveling system or just throwing the switches tell its ride height to you?

Yeah just air up till it's ride height to me .. maybe I need gauges?

If you have too small of air bags, it will take more pressure to lift and it will ride rougher. I use to run Slam SS8 in the front and SS7 in the rear on the bar. The bigger the bag, the less pressure it takes to lift it. She would float down the road.

OK so how can I figure out what size bags do I have?

measure the diameter of the bag. they are generally referenced by that size. You can go to the manufactures website and they generally have dimensions of the bags. My SS8's were 8" diameter, and a 2800lb bag. Where as i have 5" bags as my overloads on my dually. and they are only 2500lb bags.

Yeah air gauges can help,And on the bags do you know what brand and model they are ?Or where did you get them from?

Since you have no gauges, its hard to get a reference point. I would suggest some form of gauge so you know what PSI your running. Once you determine how much pressure rides best, then you can address shocks.

A sway bar will not improve your trucks ability to absorb bumps, but it will truly make a difference in cornering. Before we go there, do you have 4 corner control? If you dont have 2 valves per corner, at least on the front you need to consider that first. The sway bar will make a big difference in body roll, but it wont prevent air transfer if you dont have your front bags isolated.

They came with truck when I bought it so I have no idea what brand they are even though I did moved them relocate em and plumb them I never payed attention to any markings

I'm runing accuair vu4 valve block so I think it shouldn't be hard to add gauges ?

So back to the issue I just added gauges to my truck seems like I have to run about 70psi up front and 60 out back to be at ride height Imy still trying to identify my bags I can see they are made by airlift I'm measuring them hopefully this week.

Rear pressure sounds high. Couple that w/the short sidewall & I'd bet that's part of the problem.
